Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door awning, measuring 350 x 75 cm (Length x Width), is a structure designed to protect the entrance door from rain, snow, and other weather conditions. Its construction uses materials specified for outdoor use.
The cover consists of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels. This material is resistant to weather conditions and corrosion. The supporting frame includes sturdy ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and aluminum bars, which provide stability to the structure. The product weighs 7.98 kg.
