Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door awning provides coverage with a width of 300 cm and a depth of 75 cm. This product is designed to protect an entrance door or window from precipitation, while allowing natural light to pass through. Its structure is suitable for installation in both residential and commercial settings.
The awning is made with six separate hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels, with a thickness of 5 mm. This material is durable and features resistance to weathering and corrosion. The awning's stability is provided by a solid structure that includes three sturdy ABS brackets and four oxidized aluminium bars. The total weight of the structure is 6.68 kg.
The provided kit includes all necessary components for assembly. The package contains six PC panels, three ABS brackets, four plastic H-connectors, and four aluminium bars. Installation is designed to be quick. Note that the structure is not designed to withstand heavy snowfall.
