Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Its structure is composed of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) sheets, a material that offers durability and resistance to corrosion and weather. This model provides a functional solution to keep the entrance door area sheltered.
The awning's stability is provided by a solid structure that includes robust ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and oxidized aluminum bars. These components work together to support the polycarbonate panels and maintain the canopy's shape. The entire assembly has a weight of 6.68 kg.
Assembly is designed to be straightforward, as the package includes all necessary accessories. Delivery includes 9 separate PC panels, 4 ABS brackets, 6 plastic H-connectors, and 6 oxidized aluminum bars. Each product is supplied with an instruction manual to guide the user through the installation process. Note that the roof of this awning is not designed to withstand the load of heavy snowfall.
