Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il telo è dotato di occhielli in alluminio lungo il perimetro, un materiale scelto per la sua resistenza alla corrosione. All'interno della confezione è inclusa una corda in PE da 12 metri, che permette di fissare il paravento in modo sicuro e stabile a qualsiasi ringhiera o supporto esistente.
Oltre a proteggere da acqua e vento, il tessuto Oxford con trattamento PU offre una schermatura efficace contro i raggi UV.
