Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela triangolare di vidaXL misura 3 x 4 x 5 metri, una dimensione progettata per offrire una copertura efficace in spazi esterni come giardini, terrazze o aree gioco. Il suo peso totale è di 1,24 kg, rendendolo maneggevole durante l'installazione.
Il telo è realizzato in tessuto Oxford, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza, a cui è stato applicato un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU). Questo trattamento specifico conferisce alla vela proprietà di resistenza all'acqua, creando un riparo funzionale in caso di pioggia leggera. Inoltre, il tessuto è stato trattato per resistere alla formazione di muffa e per offrire protezione contro i raggi UV.
Per un'installazione sicura e durevole, ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un anello di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile, un materiale che resiste alla corrosione e alla tensione. La confezione include tre corde in polietilene (PE), ciascuna lunga 1,5 metri, necessarie per il montaggio. Un nostro consiglio pratico, che nasce dall'esperienza qui a Benevento: per un drenaggio ottimale, ti suggeriamo di installare due angoli della vela più in alto del terzo. Questo accorgimento evita accumuli d'acqua e mantiene il telo correttamente teso.
