Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela triangolare vidaXL misura 3 x 3 x 4,24 metri ed è progettato per offrire protezione dal sole e dalla pioggia in spazi esterni. La sua funzione è creare un'area ombreggiata in giardini, terrazze, parchi gioco o balconi.
La struttura è realizzata in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), un trattamento che conferisce al materiale proprietà di resistenza all'acqua. Il tessuto è inoltre trattato per resistere alla formazione di muffa e per offrire protezione contro i raggi UV, aiutando a mantenere l'integrità del colore rosso nel tempo. Il peso complessivo del prodotto è di 0,960 kg.
Per l'installazione, la vela è dotata di elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile posizionati su ciascuno dei tre angoli. L'acciaio inossidabile offre resistenza alla corrosione e agli agenti atmosferici. La confezione include tre corde in polietilene (PE) da 1,5 metri ciascuna per consentire un ancoraggio sicuro. Per un corretto drenaggio dell'acqua piovana, si raccomanda di installare due angoli della vela a un'altezza superiore rispetto al terzo.
