Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela rettangolare vidaXL, con dimensioni di 6 x 7 metri, è progettato per offrire un'ampia area di copertura in spazi esterni. La sua struttura è realizzata in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), un materiale scelto per la sua resistenza all'acqua e la capacità di bloccare i raggi solari diretti. Il tessuto ha inoltre subito un trattamento specifico che ne previene la formazione di muffa e ne incrementa la resistenza ai raggi UV, contribuendo a mantenere il colore arancione nel tempo.
La stabilità e la facilità di montaggio sono supportate da elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile posizionati su ciascuno dei quattro angoli della vela. Questi anelli offrono punti di ancoraggio robusti e resistenti alla corrosione. Inclusi nella confezione ci sono quattro corde in polietilene (PE), ciascuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri, per procedere con l'installazione. Il peso complessivo del telo è di 7,290 kg, un dato che riflette la densità del materiale utilizzato.
Questo parasole è una soluzione funzionale per creare una zona d'ombra in un giardino, sopra un'area giochi per bambini, o per coprire una terrazza o un balcone. Per un drenaggio efficace dell'acqua piovana, si raccomanda di installare la vela con una pendenza, posizionando due angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri due.
