Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

La vela ombreggiante rettangolare 4x5 m di vidaXL è una soluzione funzionale per creare zone protette dal sole e dalla pioggia. Il prodotto è realizzato in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), un materiale scelto per la sua resistenza all'acqua. Le dimensioni totali della vela sono di 4 metri di lunghezza per 5 metri di profondità, offrendo una copertura di 20 metri quadrati. Il tessuto è stato inoltre trattato per offrire protezione contro i raggi UV e per resistere alla formazione di muffa, rendendolo adatto all'uso continuativo in ambienti esterni.
La struttura è progettata per un montaggio semplice e sicuro. Ogni angolo della vela rettangolare è dotato di elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile, un materiale noto per la sua durabilità e resistenza alla corrosione. Nella confezione sono incluse quattro corde in polietilene (PE), ciascuna della lunghezza di 1,5 metri, per ancorare saldamente la vela. Il peso complessivo del prodotto è di 3,46 kg, un dato che ne facilita la maneggevolezza durante l'installazione.
Questa vela ombreggiante è stata concepita per l'utilizzo in spazi come giardini, terrazze o aree gioco. Un'applicazione specifica è la copertura di un'area pranzo su un balcone, proteggendo tavolo e sedie dagli agenti atmosferici. Per un'efficace gestione dell'acqua piovana, si consiglia di installare la vela con una pendenza, posizionando due angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri due.
