Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela rettangolare di vidaXL, con dimensioni di 2,5 x 3,5 metri, è progettato per offrire una copertura efficace contro il sole e la pioggia. La sua struttura è interamente realizzata in tessuto Oxford con un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU), un materiale scelto per la sua capacità di schermare i raggi solari diretti e per la sua resistenza all'acqua. Il peso complessivo del telo è di 1,66 kg, un dato che ne attesta la consistenza pur mantenendo la maneggevolezza.
Il tessuto è stato sottoposto a un trattamento specifico che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa e ai danni causati dai raggi UV. Queste caratteristiche lo rendono adatto a un'installazione permanente per tutta la stagione in spazi esterni come giardini, terrazze, aree gioco o balconi, senza richiedere una manutenzione complessa. Il colore verde scuro si integra con naturalezza negli ambienti esterni ricchi di vegetazione.
Per l'installazione, ogni angolo della vela è dotato di un robusto elemento di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile. Questi anelli sono il punto di ancoraggio per le quattro corde in PE da 1,5 metri incluse nella confezione, permettendo di tensionare la vela in modo sicuro e stabile. Per un drenaggio efficace dell'acqua piovana, consigliamo di installare due angoli della vela a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri, creando una pendenza che impedisca la formazione di sacche d'acqua.
