Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il parasole a vela quadrato di vidaXL offre una superficie di copertura di 6 x 6 metri. Questo telo di colore blu è stato concepito per fornire protezione dalla luce solare diretta e dalla pioggia, rappresentando una soluzione pratica per l'arredo di spazi esterni come giardini, terrazze, parchi giochi o balconi. Le sue ampie dimensioni lo rendono adatto a coprire tavoli da pranzo, aree relax o zone gioco per bambini.
La vela è fabbricata in tessuto Oxford, un materiale noto per la sua resistenza, a cui è stato applicato un rivestimento in poliuretano (PU). Questa combinazione conferisce al telo proprietà di idrorepellenza. Il tessuto è stato inoltre sottoposto a un trattamento speciale che lo rende resistente alla formazione di muffa e ai raggi UV. Questa caratteristica aiuta a preservare la vivacità del colore blu e l'integrità strutturale del materiale anche dopo un'esposizione prolungata agli agenti atmosferici.
L'installazione è facilitata dalla presenza di robusti elementi di fissaggio in acciaio inossidabile su ciascuno dei quattro angoli. Questi anelli metallici offrono punti di ancoraggio sicuri e durevoli. Nella confezione sono incluse quattro corde in polietilene (PE) da 1,5 metri ciascuna, pronte per il montaggio. Per un drenaggio efficace dell'acqua piovana e per evitare accumuli, è raccomandabile installare la vela con un'inclinazione, posizionando due angoli a un'altezza superiore rispetto agli altri due.
