Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

This sail shade provides 4 x 6 m coverage, creating shaded and protected areas in outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. To optimize rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the others.
