Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.

This specific material is treated to resist mold formation and offers UV protection, which helps maintain the beige color over time.
This sun shade sail features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. These robust anchor points are designed to withstand tension. For installation, the package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters in length. For optimal rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with a slope, positioning two corners higher than the other two.
Weighing 3.540 kg, the sail is manageable during installation.
