Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL shade sail has dimensions of 7 x 7 meters, providing a coverage area of 49 square meters. This square-shaped fabric offers shading for outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, play areas, and balconies, providing protection from direct sunlight and rain.
The sail is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material composition makes the fabric water-resistant and offers UV protection. Additionally, the fabric has undergone a specific treatment to resist mold formation, which contributes to maintaining its condition in outdoor environments.
For installation, the sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. The package also includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for securing the structure. The total product weight is 8.230 kg. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two of the corners at a higher elevation than the other two.
