Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL rectangular shade sail, with dimensions of 3 x 4.5 meters, provides sun and rain protection for various outdoor spaces. It is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. The total fabric weight is 2.41 kg.
The treated Oxford fabric provides UV protection and water resistance. It has also undergone a specific treatment that makes it resistant to mold formation. These features make it suitable for prolonged use in environments such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
For secure installation, the sail features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. The package also includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for stable anchoring to existing structures such as poles, walls, or trees. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with two corners positioned higher than the other two. The product does not require assembly.
