Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante in tessuto Oxford talpa sempre al meglio e garantirne una lunga durata, ti consigliamo una pulizia semplice ma efficace. Utilizza una spazzola morbida o una spugna inumidita con acqua tiepida e sapone neutro. Evita detergenti aggressivi o spazzole dure che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto. Dopo la pulizia, risciacqua abbondantemente con acqua pulita e lascia asciugare la vela completamente all'aria aperta prima di riporla o riutilizzarla, per prevenire la formazione di muffa. Durante i mesi invernali o in caso di forti temporali e vento intenso, ti suggeriamo di smontare la vela e di conservarla in un luogo asciutto e protetto. Questo piccolo accorgimento prolungherà significativamente la vita del tuo spazio esterno.

The vidaXL rectangular shade sail measures 2 x 3 m. It provides shading for outdoor spaces. It is constructed from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its water resistance and UV protection properties. The fabric is also treated to prevent mold formation, making it suitable for permanent seasonal installation in gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The structure features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners for stable anchoring. Installation is completed using the four included polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long. The total product weight is 1.23 kg. For effective rainwater drainage, the design provides for an asymmetrical installation, with two corners positioned at a higher elevation than the other two.
This model comes ready for installation, with no prior assembly of the sail components required. Its functional design and materials used make it a practical choice for creating defined shaded areas, such as over an outdoor seating area or a children's play zone.
