Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

It is designed to offer shade and protection from rain in various outdoor spaces, including gardens, terraces, children's play areas, and balconies. Its rectangular shape efficiently covers large and defined areas.
The sail's structure is made from Oxford fabric, a material known for its tensile and tear resistance. This fabric features a polyurethane (PU) coating, which makes it water-resistant and prevents infiltration during rain. The fabric also undergoes a specific treatment that offers UV protection, helping to prevent the blue color from fading, and inhibits mold formation, an important factor for a product intended for outdoor use.
Installation is made easier by the presence of stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. Stainless steel provides high resistance to rust and corrosion, an essential factor for prolonged exposure to weather. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, necessary for tensioning and securing the sail to existing structures such as poles, trees, or walls. The product is supplied ready for installation, requiring no preliminary assembly.
To optimize performance, installation with an incline is recommended. Positioning two corners at a higher elevation than the other two creates a slope that allows rainwater to drain properly, preventing accumulation and consequent stress on the fabric.
