Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade, with dimensions of 5 x 7 meters, provides effective coverage against sun and rain in outdoor spaces. Its black color and rectangular shape are suitable for settings such as gardens, terraces, play areas, or balconies. The product has a total weight of 6.030 kg.
The sail is made of Oxford fabric with a PU (polyurethane) coating. This material offers water resistance and UV protection. Additionally, the fabric has been treated to be mold-resistant, a functional feature for prolonged exposure to the elements.
For installation, each corner of the sail is equipped with a stainless steel fixing element. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, to allow for stable anchoring. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two.
