Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Il tessuto Oxford, già resistente a acqua e UV, si pulisce con facilità. Ti suggeriamo di utilizzare un panno morbido o una spazzola delicata, acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro. Sciacqua bene e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria prima di riporla. Evita prodotti chimici aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare la finitura protettiva. In caso di vento forte, temporali o neve abbondante, ti consigliamo di smontare la vela per prevenire danni. Durante l'inverno o periodi di inutilizzo prolungato, riponila pulita e asciutta in un luogo riparato. Questo semplice gesto ne prolungherà significativamente la vita e il tuo relax all'aperto.

It is made of Oxford fabric with a PU coating, a material that offers water resistance and UV protection. The fabric has a specific treatment for mold resistance, which helps maintain its integrity over time.
Installation features stainless steel fasteners on each of the three corners of the sail. The package includes three PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for mounting. The product requires no assembly before installation. For effective water drainage, it is recommended to position two corners of the sail higher than the third.
