Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade, measuring 3 x 5 m, provides protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. It is made from Oxford fabric with a PU coating, a material treated to be water-resistant and mold-resistant. With a weight of 2.6 kg, this sail is suitable for installation in gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The Oxford fabric offers UV protection. The structure features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners for stable anchoring. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 m long, required for mounting.
For optimal rainwater drainage, install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two. The product does not require assembly before installation.
