Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL triangular sail shade, with dimensions of 3 x 4 x 5 m, provides effective coverage in various outdoor environments. Its weight of 1.26 kg makes it manageable during installation.
Made from Oxford fabric with a specific polyurethane (PU) coating, the sail offers a functional barrier against both direct sun rays and rain. The fabric has been specially treated to resist mold formation and to provide UV protection, helping to maintain a shaded and protected area.
The triangular shape is designed for versatile mounting. Each corner is equipped with a stainless steel fastener, a material known for its corrosion resistance. Installation is supported by three 1.5 m polyethylene (PE) ropes, included in the package. For optimal rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with two corners positioned higher than the third.
