Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade measures 3 x 4 meters, designed for creating shaded areas in outdoor spaces. The orange color provides a distinct visual. Weighing 2.17 kg, the product is made from Oxford fabric with a protective polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its resistance properties.
The Oxford fabric with PU coating is water-resistant, allowing rainwater to flow off without penetrating the fibers. The material is also treated to provide UV protection, helping to preserve its color and protect individuals underneath from sun exposure. An additional specific fabric treatment makes it resistant to mold formation, preventing deterioration in humid conditions.
The rectangular shape, measuring 3 x 4 meters, covers a total area of 12 square meters. Structural stability is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. Stainless steel is chosen for its resistance to rust and corrosion, which is essential for a product exposed to weather elements. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, to connect to the rings for tensioning.
This sail shade is suitable for installation in gardens, over terraces, or in play areas, providing versatile coverage. For proper water drainage and to prevent accumulation, it is advisable to install the shade with a slope, attaching two corners at a higher elevation than the other two. No preliminary assembly of the shade is required.
