Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sail awning offers a coverage area of 7 x 7 meters. It provides sun and rain protection for outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, or play areas. Its structure is made entirely of Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its functional properties.
The Oxford fabric is treated to resist mold formation and provides UV protection. The PU coating provides the fabric with water resistance, allowing the space below to be used even during light rainfall. The fabric color is yellow.
For installation, the awning features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. These components provide solid, corrosion-resistant anchoring points. The package also includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for assembly. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the awning with two corners positioned higher than the other two.
