Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL sail awning offers a square coverage area of 3x3 meters. This blue model is designed to provide protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, and balconies. Its main material is Oxford fabric, treated with a PU coating to enhance its performance.
The PU-coated Oxford fabric offers water resistance and UV protection. The material is also treated to resist mold formation, a functional feature for a product intended for prolonged outdoor use. The total weight of the sail is 1.680 kg.
For installation, the sail features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. Stainless steel is chosen for its corrosion resistance. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for secure anchoring to existing structures. For optimal rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two.
This sail awning is suitable for creating a shaded area on a terrace for outdoor dining, over a play area in the garden, or for protecting a balcony from direct sun exposure. The product does not require assembly prior to installation.
