Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The fabric is made from 100% polyester, treated with a PA (polyamide) coating, which makes it fade-resistant. This material combination effectively blocks direct sunlight while allowing air to pass through for ventilation.
The support structure is constructed with a combination of steel and aluminum, materials selected for their strength and stability. The blind's opening and closing are managed by a simple crank system. The 1.15 m long crank allows the fabric to be rolled up and unrolled with minimal effort.
