Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The fabric has a protective PA (polyamide) coating, which provides the material with UV, heat, and fade resistance properties. This feature blocks direct solar radiation while allowing air circulation for proper outdoor ventilation.
The manual winding mechanism operates via a 1.15 m long crank, allowing easy adjustment of the fabric height.
