Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning measures 200 cm in width and offers a maximum projection of 120 cm. This product creates shade on terraces, balconies, or in front of windows, with a flexible installation height between 200 and 300 cm. Its structure consists of a steel frame and a 100% polyester canopy in cream.
The fabric is treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which makes it water and dirt repellent and simplifies maintenance. The material also features high light and UV resistance. For cleaning, the polyester canopy can be removed from the frame and washed.
Operation is manual via a 125 cm long crank handle. The crank handle can be mounted on the left or right side of the awning, based on space configuration and user preference. In addition to height, the awning's angle can also be adjusted to optimize coverage throughout the day. The product can be used as a traditional awning or to fully cover a window, providing increased privacy.
