Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning, 200 cm wide, features integrated LED lighting. Its structure includes a steel frame, and the canopy is made from 100% polyester fabric with a PU coating. This material offers water repellency and dirt resistance. The awning is anthracite in color.
This model is designed for installation on terraces, balconies, or in front of windows. It operates manually via a 125 cm long crank handle. The awning offers a maximum projection of 120 cm, and its installation height is flexible, adjustable between 200 and 300 cm to suit various structural requirements. The awning's angle is also adjustable.
