Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The awning is made from 100% polyester fabric with a PU coating, making it water-repellent and UV-resistant. The support frame is constructed from steel for structural robustness and durability. The support bar has a diameter of 15 mm, providing the necessary stability for installation.
The awning operates manually via the included 125 cm hand crank. This retraction system allows for adjusting shade and sun exposure based on conditions and preferences. The polyester canopy is easy to clean and can be removed for washing, which helps maintain the product's appearance and functionality over time.
Another feature of this vidaXL awning is the integrated LED lighting system. Please note that assembly is required, and the manufacturer recommends not installing it in high, windy locations. For safety and to prolong the life of the awning, it must be retracted if wind speed exceeds 27 km/h.
