Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The vidaXL manual retractable awning with LED has a width of 150 cm and a maximum projection of 120 cm. This model is designed for installation in front of windows, on terraces, balconies, or in gardens, with a flexible mounting height ranging from 200 to 300 cm. It provides shelter from the sun and light weather, with the added benefit of evening lighting.
The structure consists of a steel frame, which provides stability and support. The canopy, with blue and white stripes, is made of 100% polyester fabric. This material features a PU (polyurethane) coating, making it water-repellent and dirt-resistant. The polyester canopy can be removed and washed, simplifying maintenance.
The opening and closing mechanism is entirely manual and operated via a 125 cm long crank handle. In addition to the projection, the awning's angle can be adjusted to optimize shade throughout the day. The support bar has a diameter of 15 mm.
A distinctive feature of this model is the integrated LED light strip, powered by an included solar panel. This function provides low-energy illumination for outdoor space use even after sunset. Product assembly is required.
