Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason required (right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Mantenere la tua tenda da sole SolPatio in ottime condizioni è semplice e ti garantirà anni di piacevole relax nel tuo spazio esterno. Per la pulizia del telo, ti consigliamo di usare acqua tiepida e una spazzola morbida, evitando detergenti aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto o alterare il colore antracite. Assicurati sempre che il telo sia completamente asciutto prima di riavvolgerlo, specialmente dopo la pioggia, per prevenire muffe e cattivi odori. La struttura, robusta e resistente, può essere pulita con un panno umido. Controlla periodicamente i fissaggi e le parti mobili del meccanismo di ritrazione manuale; una leggera lubrificazione annuale con spray al silicone aiuterà a mantenere la fluidità. I LED integrati richiedono solo una pulizia delicata con un panno asciutto. In caso di vento forte o pioggia intensa, ti suggeriamo di chiudere la tenda per proteggerla e prolungarne la vita. Durante i mesi invernali, se possibile, ritirala o coprila con un telo protettivo

vidaXL Manual Retractable Awning with LED 100 cm Anthracite

The vidaXL manual retractable awning has a width of 100 cm and offers a maximum projection of 120 cm. Its structure consists of a steel frame and a fabric canopy made of 100% polyester with a PU coating. This combination of materials provides the product with water-repellent properties and resistance to dirt and UV rays. The canopy color is anthracite.
Operation is via a 125 cm long crank handle that allows the awning to be extended and retracted. The product's installation is flexible, with an adjustable height from 200 to 300 cm to suit various balcony, terrace, or window configurations. The awning's angle can also be adjusted for shading requirements. The easy-to-clean polyester canopy can be removed and washed.
This model features an integrated LED strip, powered by an included solar panel. This system provides low-energy lighting for evening hours, without the need for electrical connections. The awning requires assembly, with a total weight of 6.75 kg.
