Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning measures 150 cm in width. It is designed for outdoor installation in front of windows, on terraces, or balconies. Its structure features a steel frame, providing robustness and stability. The fabric is made from 100% polyester, equipped with a PU (polyurethane) coating that makes it water and dirt repellent.
This model offers a maximum projection of 120 cm, providing an effective shaded area. The flexible installation height can be adjusted between 200 and 300 cm to suit various structural requirements. The awning's angle can also be modified. Operation is manual via a 125 cm long crank, which can be positioned to the left or right of the mechanism.
The anthracite-colored fabric has high light resistance, maintaining its color over time. For maintenance, the polyester fabric can be removed for cleaning. Assembly is designed to be simple. This product is not designed to withstand extreme weather conditions such as strong winds or heavy snowfall.
