Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua tenda da sole sempre impeccabile e prolungarne la vita nel tuo spazio esterno, ti basterà seguire pochi, semplici accorgimenti. La tela, seppur resistente alle intemperie, trarrà grande beneficio da una pulizia regolare: usa una spazzola morbida o un panno umido con acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro per le strisce giallo blu, poi risciacqua abbondantemente e lascia asciugare completamente all'aria prima di riavvolgerla, prevenendo così la formazione di muffe e macchie. Ricorda sempre di ritrarre la tenda in caso di vento forte, temporali o piogge intense, per proteggere la struttura e il telo da danni. Durante i mesi invernali o per lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, ti consigliamo di ritirare completamente la tenda o di proteggerla con una copertura adeguata, assicurandoti un outdoor living di qualità per ogni estate. Controlla periodicamente i fissaggi per garantirne la stabilità.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning, 100 cm wide, features a robust steel frame for stability. The fabric, made from 100% polyester with a PU coating, is designed for outdoor durability. This material composition provides specific resistance properties: the fabric is water-repellent, dirt-resistant, and has high lightfastness, maintaining its appearance and effectiveness over time.
This model has a maximum projection of 120 cm, providing a defined shaded area. The installation height is flexible, adjustable between 200 and 300 cm, allowing adaptation to various architectural configurations. Its 100 cm width makes it a compact option for specific application in front of windows, on terraces, balconies, or in small gardens, where solar shelter is required without excessive bulk.
The awning operates manually, controlled by a crank handle 125 cm long. This mechanism allows the user to extend or retract the awning and adjust its angle according to sun protection needs. The maneuverability provides direct control over sun exposure and simple storage when not in use.
