Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL Manual Retractable Awning has a width of 250 cm and is constructed with 100% polyester fabric coated in PU, supported by a robust steel frame. This awning offers a maximum projection of 120 cm, making it suitable for providing shade and shelter on balconies, terraces, or in front of windows.
The awning fabric is treated to be water and dirt repellent, and has high light resistance, which helps maintain the cream color over time. The PU coating provides the material with waterproof properties and UV resistance.
The awning operates manually, using an included crank handle with a length of 125 cm. The crank handle can be installed on either the left or right side of the structure, providing installation flexibility. The installation height is adjustable within a range of 200 cm to 300 cm. Additionally, the awning's angle can be adjusted to optimize shading for different needs.
The steel supporting structure provides the necessary solidity and durability. The polyester canopy is designed for easy removal and washing, simplifying maintenance and cleaning. The total product weight is 10.440 kg.
