Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL manual retractable awning has a width of 100 cm and a maximum projection of 120 cm. Its structure features a robust steel frame, designed for outdoor installation on windows, terraces, balconies, or in gardens. The fabric is made from 100% polyester with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which makes it water-repellent and dirt-resistant. The total product weight is 6.75 kg.
Operation is manual via a 125 cm long crank handle. The installation height is flexible and can be adjusted between 200 and 300 cm to suit different configurations.
