Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy offers a 400 x 100 cm (L x W) coverage, designed to effectively protect doors and windows from weather elements. The structure consists of hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels with a thickness of 5 mm, a material chosen for its durability and resistance to corrosion and weathering.
The frame is constructed from robust materials for stable support. It includes five ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and eight oxidized aluminum bars, which together support the twelve divided polycarbonate panels. The connection between the panels is made using eight H-shaped plastic connectors, which contribute to the structure's solidity. The product's total weight is 10.84 kg.
This canopy is a functional solution for keeping the entrance area dry, protecting it from rain, light hail, or snow. The kit includes all necessary accessories and an instruction manual for quick and easy assembly. Please note that the roof is not designed to support the load of heavy snowfall.
