Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Mantenere la tua pensilina protettiva SolPatio in policarbonato nero sempre impeccabile è un gesto semplice che ne prolunga la vita e l'estetica. Per una pulizia efficace, ti consigliamo di utilizzare una soluzione di acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, come un comune sapone per piatti. Applica delicatamente con un panno morbido o una spugna non abrasiva, muovendoti sulla superficie di 80x75 cm per rimuovere polvere, sporco e residui. Risciacqua poi abbondantemente con acqua pulita e asciuga con un panno asciutto per evitare aloni. È fondamentale non usare mai prodotti abrasivi, solventi chimici aggressivi (es. ammoniaca), spazzole dure o idropulitrici ad alta pressione, che potrebbero graffiare o opacizzare il policarbonato e comprometterne la resistenza agli agenti atmosferici. Per la tua tranquillità, verifica periodicamente i fissaggi, assicurandoti che siano sempre ben saldi, soprattutto dopo eventi meteorologici intensi.

The canopy's sheets are made of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate. Hollow polycarbonate is recognized for its high durability, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. These inherent material characteristics contribute significantly to the product's longevity, even with prolonged exposure to the elements. The black coloring of the sheets and the structure provides uniform aesthetic integration with various facades.
The structural stability of the canopy is provided by a robust frame. This frame includes two brackets made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and two oxidized aluminum bars.
