Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy, with a width of 400 cm and a depth of 75 cm, provides structural protection for the entrance door against rain, snow, and hail. Its construction uses materials selected for their resistance to outdoor conditions.
The cover consists of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) sheets, a material that offers durability and corrosion resistance. The support frame is composed of solid grey ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and aluminum connecting bars. This combination of materials provides stability to the structure, which has a total weight of 8.58 kg.
For installation, the product is supplied with all necessary accessories and an instruction manual. The package contains 12 separate polycarbonate panels, 5 ABS brackets, 8 plastic H-connectors for joining the panels, and 8 oxidized aluminum bars. Please note that the roof of this canopy is not designed to withstand the load of heavy snowfall.
