Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.

The vidaXL door canopy, measuring 300 cm wide and 100 cm deep, provides protective cover for entrance doors. It is designed to shield the area below from precipitation such as rain, light snow, and hail. Its structure combines specific materials to withstand outdoor exposure, offering a functional solution for domestic or commercial entrances. The total weight of the structure is 8.32 kg.
The cover consists of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) sheets. This material is chosen for its durability and resistance to weathering and corrosion. The supporting structure features sturdy ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) brackets and anodized aluminum connecting bars. This combination of elements creates a stable and solid frame that supports the polycarbonate panels securely.
Canopy assembly is facilitated by the inclusion of all necessary components and an instruction manual. The package contains nine separate PC panels, four ABS support brackets, six plastic H-connectors for joining the panels, and six anodized aluminum bars for reinforcing the structure. This complete kit allows for direct and precise installation.
This canopy is suitable for installation above an entrance door to protect it from the elements. It provides effective protection against rain, keeping the entrance dry. The canopy roof is not designed to bear the load of heavy snowfall; any accumulations must be removed to preserve the structure's integrity.
