Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The covering consists of 5 mm thick hollow polycarbonate (PC) panels. The support frame is composed of robust grey ABS brackets and oxidized aluminum bars, which contribute to the overall stability of the structure.
The provided mounting kit includes all necessary components for complete installation. Delivery includes six separate polycarbonate panels, three ABS brackets, four plastic H-connectors for joining the panels, and four aluminum bars. The total product weight is 5.82 kg.
