Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Its primary function is to protect the area below from precipitation, such as rain and hail, without blocking natural light, due to the use of transparent panels.
The supporting structure is made with materials selected for durability. The cover consists of six 5 mm thick cellular polycarbonate (PC) panels. This material offers durability and resistance to weather and corrosion. The support frame includes three black ABS brackets and four oxidized aluminum bars, which provide stability to the entire installation. The total weight of the product is 5.88 kg.
The kit comes with all necessary accessories for direct assembly. The package includes the six PC panels, three ABS brackets, four plastic H-connectors for joining the panels, and four aluminum structural bars. It is important to note that the structure of this canopy is not designed to support the load of heavy snowfall.
