Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL door canopy is a protective cover, 150 x 90 cm (Length x Depth), designed to shield entrance doors from precipitation such as rain, snow, or hail. Its structure is made of selected materials for functionality and resistance: polyethylene terephthalate (PET) panels, steel brackets, and aluminum connecting bars.
The canopy consists of three solid PET panels, each measuring 150 x 28 cm. This transparent material does not block natural light, keeping the entrance area bright. Additionally, PET is known for its durability and resistance to weathering and corrosion, properties that define its suitability for prolonged outdoor use.
The stability of the entire structure is provided by the frame. This includes two steel support brackets, designed to bear the weight of the canopy. The oxidized aluminum bars and two H-shaped aluminum connectors join the PET panels, creating a continuous and solid surface. The metallic components have a silver finish, while the panels are transparent.
The product includes all necessary assembly accessories. Installation is guided by an included instruction manual, designed to be simple and quick. The total product weight is 9.7 kg. Please note that the roof structure of this canopy is not designed to withstand the load of heavy snowfall.
