Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

An assembly manual is provided within the package to guide the user step-by-step. The awning is not designed to withstand heavy snowfall loads, in accordance with its design specifications, and consulting the manual for all usage precautions is recommended.
