Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

Il policarbonato è un materiale robusto e durevole, ma per preservarne la lucentezza, ti consigliamo di pulirlo regolarmente con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, usando un panno morbido o una spugna delicata. Evita assolutamente prodotti abrasivi, solventi o spazzole dure che potrebbero graffiare la superficie. Dopo la pulizia, risciacqua abbondantemente con acqua pulita per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone e asciuga con un panno asciutto per prevenire aloni. Le staffe argentate si puliscono facilmente con un panno umido. Grazie a queste piccole attenzioni, la tua pensilina manterrà a lungo la sua resistenza e il suo design elegante, proteggendo il tuo ingresso dalle intemperie stagione dopo stagione, parte integrante del tuo spazio esterno.
