Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere il tuo paravento da balcone SolPatio in tessuto Oxford nero sempre al meglio, la manutenzione è semplice e veloce. Ti basterà pulirlo occasionalmente con un panno morbido inumidito con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, specifico per tessuti da esterno. Sciacqua bene per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone e lascia asciugare completamente all'aria, preferibilmente in un luogo ombreggiato per preservarne il colore intenso e la resistenza ai raggi UV. Evita l'uso di spazzole dure, idropulitrici ad alta pressione o prodotti chimici aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare la fibra o il rivestimento impermeabile. Durante i mesi più freddi o in caso di maltempo estremo, ti consigliamo di riporlo al riparo, asciutto, per prolungarne la vita utile. Così garantirai che il tuo spazio esterno rimanga un angolo di relax protetto e di design per molte estati a venire.
