Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL balcony screen measures 90 x 500 cm (Height x Length), designed for external spaces. It is made from Oxford fabric with a PU (polyurethane) coating. Oxford fabric is a basketweave material that provides significant durability and tensile strength, while the polyurethane coating creates a protective barrier, making the screen waterproof and wind-resistant.
This two-tone model, anthracite and white, features aluminum eyelets along the edges for secure fastening. Aluminum is selected for its corrosion resistance, maintaining its integrity over time even when exposed to atmospheric agents. Installation is simplified by the 24-meter polyethylene (PE) rope included in the package, which allows the screen to be anchored to railings or fences. The product requires no assembly before mounting.
In addition to rain and wind protection, the fabric provides UV protection. This feature helps reduce color fading and extends the product's lifespan when exposed to direct sunlight. Weighing 1.110 kg, the screen is lightweight and easy to handle. Its primary function is to create privacy on a balcony, protecting from external views and creating a more secluded environment.
