Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The Oxford fabric with PU coating offers two specific functionalities: it is waterproof and provides protection against UV rays. The waterproof nature of the material prevents water penetration, keeping the protected area drier. UV protection helps reduce color fading due to sun exposure. For attachment to a balcony railing or other structures, the screen features aluminum eyelets distributed along its perimeter.
