Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

This vidaXL balcony screen is made from PU (polyurethane) coated Oxford fabric, a material that provides waterproof and wind-resistant properties. The fabric and its PU coating also offer verified UV protection.
The screen measures 120 cm wide by 500 cm deep (W x D), a size suitable for extensive coverage on outdoor areas like balconies and terraces. The product features a combination of orange and brown colors. It is designed to function as a barrier against atmospheric elements and to provide privacy.
For installation, the vidaXL screen is equipped with aluminum eyelets to allow for secure fastening. An included 24 m PE (polyethylene) rope is designed for use with the eyelets for mounting. The product does not require assembly, allowing for immediate installation.
