Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL triangular sail shade, measuring 6x6x6 m, provides a large protected area. Its structure is made from durable Oxford fabric, reinforced with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This treatment provides water resistance, making it functional even in light rain. The fabric is also treated to resist mold formation and offers protection against UV rays.
The sail's stability is ensured by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the three corners. Stainless steel offers strength and rust resistance, suitable for prolonged exposure to weather.
