Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL square sun shade sail offers a coverage area of 4 x 4 meters, designed to protect against sun and rain in outdoor spaces. Its weight is 2.8 kg. This product provides shade in gardens, terraces, play areas, or balconies. Its square shape allows for uniform and defined coverage.
The construction material is a high-density Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which provides the product with water resistance properties.
