Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

It is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material specifically treated to resist mold and offer UV protection. The fabric's blue finish is designed to integrate into various outdoor environments.
The sail has a triangular shape and includes stainless steel fasteners at each of the three corners, designed for stable and durable anchoring. Assembly is supported by three included polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long. The total product weight is 1.230 kg.
This shade sail is designed for installation in outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, children's play areas, or balconies. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third.
